About
John “J.” Seroky, a member of the Executive Committee since 2024, is the President & COO of High Industries Inc., overseeing operations across High Steel Structures Inc., High Concrete Group LLC, StructureCare LLC, High Steel Service Center LLC, High Transit LLC, High Structural Erectors LLC, High Construction Company, and Greenfield Architects, Ltd.
J. joined High Concrete Group in June 2013 as President, leading one of the largest precast concrete companies in the nation. During his tenure, he has spearheaded significant innovations, including increasing efficiencies and driving new product development through manufacturing improvements focused on automation and innovation. He has also been instrumental in growing service and maintenance offerings with a strong focus on client service and safety culture transformation across the industry.
Prior to joining High, J. led teams at Otis Elevator, where he served as General Manager, U.S. Southeast Region, overseeing sales and operations for both construction and service businesses. Before Otis, he held various leadership roles at Kone Elevator.
J. served in the United States Army and proudly participated in Desert Storm.
A dedicated community advocate, J. has volunteered with Junior Achievement and the Down Syndrome Association and is a strong supporter of organizations that assist disabled veterans.
J. is a past chairman of both the Executive Committee of the Precast Concrete Institute (PCI) and The Lancaster Chamber.
