High Hotels Expands Portfolio with Acquisition of Two Hotels in York, PA

High Hotels expanded its portfolio of properties in 2022, acquiring the Home2 Suites by Hilton and the Hampton Inn & Suites located at the Queen Street exit off I-83 in York, Pennsylvania.

The Hampton Inn & Suites York South, which opened in 2014, has 100 guestrooms including 30 suites, and offers guests a complimentary hot breakfast and free Wi-Fi. The hotel also features a state-of-the-art meeting room for up to 45 people, a fitness center, an indoor pool, and a walk-in TREATS shop for snacks, toiletries, and beverages.

The Home2Suites by Hilton opened in 2016 and features 107 spacious studio and one-bedroom suites each with a full kitchen and flexible seating that allow guests to comfortably work and relax in separate media, living, and bedroom spaces.  Ideal for longer stays, the Home2 Suites provides complimentary breakfast and features a fitness center, indoor heated pool, outdoor patio and firepit, and Home2 MKT for grab-and-go items.

The Hampton Inn & Suites and Home2 Suites by Hilton are pet-friendly hotels convenient to many walkable restaurants and services, and are a short ride to York College, Wellspan York Hospital, and the Heritage Rail Trail.
